As an experienced member of our AI Systems Development Group, we look first and foremost for people who are around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices, understands and sympathizes AWL business.
You will also draw on your experience to manage and mentor people to drive both within your team as well as in collaboration with team members across AWL.
– Ability to design/develop/test system, manage project to create and offer solutions based on customer requests and requirements
– Experiences leading baseline design or DB logical design
– Demonstrated experiences in project management or engineering in multiple projects (including in-house projects)
– Collaborate closely with customers, communication skill
– Experiences designing and developing under AWS, GCP or Azure
– 3 years+ experience with development using various programming languages
– Experiences in IoT and AI field
– Experiences in Consulting, Marketing & Business Development
– English skill (Daily conversation)
– Experiences developing with Docker or server-less environment
– Experiences in server-side design/development using PHP, C++, etc.
– Front-end design/development using Vue, React, etc.
– Japanese Language Proficiency: N1-2 level
– Business level of English (preferred)

Average 15 hours per month
Monthly Wage (① + ② below): 250,000～666,667 yen (Annual Income will be 3,000,000-8,000,000 yen)

①Basic Salary (monthly): 185,800～495,567 yen
②Fixed Overtime Allowance (monthly): 64,200～171,100 yen as overtime allowance for 45 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked
