March 8th is International Women’s Day. At AWL, diverse members are playing active roles: female, young, talents from all over the world, etc. This article features Shoko Miura, Izhar Almizan Wahono, and Kensuke Kanazawa, who challenged AWL’s first overseas project, and Takahisa Ota of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), who worked together on the project.

In April 2023, AWL adds fresh new force to its ranks. Mr. Hideto Iwai, who a manager in the Corporate Department, and AI engineers Mr. Kittinun Aukkapinyo (as "Mee") and Mr. Dusan Radisavljevic.
